Fast-track from New to Trusted personal account

New personal accounts have a buy limit of 100 euro equivalent per day. This limitation is released automatically one week after the first non-test buy transaction. At that point the status of a ‘New Personal Account' is upgraded to a 'Trusted Personal Account'. To enable larger transactions earlier, happyCOINS offers a 'fast-track' upgrade procedure.

Upgrade to Verified personal account

With a verified personal account daily and monthly buy and sell limits are increased. Only a Trusted Personal Account can start the verification procedure to a Verified Personal Account. For verification we need to establish authenticity of identity and proof of residence.

Business account verification

New business accounts can only perform test buy transactions. For other amounts and for sell transactions, business accounts need to be verified.
